One registered article was sent yesterday while nobody was at home, hence i received a Delivery Advice from the post office... I called back the service center to check the location of my article and intend to pick up at the post office, this is the conversation...

officer: it's currently at xxx post office.
me: thanks, can i get down to collect it today?
officer: no, you've to inform us 2 working days in advance!
me: but the parcel is currently in xxx post office, why i cannot collect it now?
officer: no, you've to inform us 2 working days in advance!
me: .....
officer: you still want to collect personally or we re-sent it to your place?
me: ok fine, sent it to my place then.
officer: ok, i will arrange it 2 working days later.
me: .....
